General Terms and Conditions


The hotel portal provides selling hotel and other accommodation throughout the whole world. The portal offers accommodation as a intermediator for hotels and other accommodation units, such as guest houses, motels, etc...hereinafter referred to as hotels.

On the portal, hotels themselves set up prices for accommodation, allocation of rooms and their capacities. On the portal, presentations of hotels are completely free of charge. After booking a room, the hotel receives an on-line message about the reservation with all the required datas.


The hotel portal provides for the hotel guests booking of a chosen hotel room on-line, this booking of a room via is free of charge for the person making the reservation. After the booking, the hotel guest immediately receives an e-mail confirmation of the reservation.

After their arrival to the hotel, the hotel guests produce this confirmation. Most of the hotels require datas about the guest's credit card (if stated by the concrete hotel) so that it could pre-authorize requested amount of money for the booking of a room. The hotels cannot, in any case, debit the hotel guest's credit card account, the actual payment is done after the arrival of the guest. An exception are the cancellation fees, the hotels themselves provide their own conditions. Cancellation fees are always charged to 6 p.m. of the given day, usually 1 to 3 days before arrival. If the guest does not implement the booked stay and does not make appropriate cancellation of the reservation on the portal, the hotel can charge cancellation fee worth one day of the booked stay.
